镍基合金：
镍基合金是指在650～1000℃高温下有较高的强度与一定的耐腐蚀能力等综合性能的一类合金。按照主要性能又细分为镍基耐热合金，镍基耐蚀合金，镍基耐磨合金，镍基精金与镍基形状记忆合金等。高温合金按照基体的不同，分为：铁基高温合金，镍基高温合金与钴基高温合金。其中镍基高温合金简称镍基合金。
什么是不锈钢？镍基合金？
不锈钢、镍基合金是一种特种的不锈钢，首先在化学成分上与普通不锈钢304不同，是指含高镍，高铬，高钼的一种高合金不锈钢。其次在耐高温或者耐腐蚀的性能上，与304相比，具有的耐高温或者耐腐蚀性能，是304不可取代的。另外，锈钢的分类上，特殊不锈钢的金相组织是一种的奥氏体金相组织。
由于这种特种不锈钢是一种高合金的材料，所以在制造工艺上相当复杂，一般人们只能依靠工艺来制造这种特种不锈钢，如灌注，锻造，压延等等。
